Brokers Exam Review
Course Description
If you are about to take your licensing exam make plans now to attend a one day Licensing Exam Review Course. This one day program is designed to give testing students "The Edge" they need to pass the state licensing exams. Students will find up-to-date exam topics in this interactive and professionally delivered course. By the end of this programs students are able to assess the subject areas where they may be weak through specially designed diagnostic questions. The Review Manual (included) provides AMP sample test questions (and answers) and is a valuable tool to help students thoroughly prepare for their state exam. For Students who cannot attend a live class we offer a wide variety of Pre-Exam Review study aid options.
Course Content
Broker specific review will help you prep you for the new simulation exam. Topics include Contracts, Ownership, Fair Housing, Brokerage, Valuation, Financing, Mathematics, Finance, and Valuation in addition to Illinois License Law.
Tuition: $125 for the All-Day Broker’s Review or $75.00 plus $7.50 shipping for the Self Study Course
