Broker Courses 
Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing Program - (formerly Salespersons) 90 Hrs.
This program will qualify students to sit for the AMP Illinois Brokers State Licensing Examination and make application for your License.The 90 hr Pre-License Program is composed of a 75 hour Basic Broker Principles Course and a 15 hour Broker Interactive Practice Course.  You may take all 90 hrs by classroom or 75 hrs by self study and 15 hrs by classroom.      Brokers  licensed after May 1 2011, but prior to Feb 1 2012, must take this course to renew their Brokers                    Licenses by April 30,2012.   Enroll in our Combo Course, 15 hrs can be taken by
       by Self Study and 15  hrs by Interactive Classroom.




Salesperson to Broker Transition Course   30 Hrs.  
This course will satisfy the SALESPERSON to BROKER transition requirement. and is required for those who failed the proficiency exam  (18 hr of CE is "included" with this course.)
Continuing Education

Residential Leasing Agent    15 Hrs.

SAFE 20 hr. Comprehensive Loan Originator Course 20 Hrs.
This course meets the NMLS course approval which all mortgage loan originators must take prior to their Illinois state exam. Click the buttons on the right for additional information and to enroll.

Managing Broker Courses

Broker to Managing Broker Transition Course  45 Hrs.

Currently licensed brokers transitioning to the Managing Broker Licence should take this as a SELF STUDY  or ONLINE course.  For those who failed their proficiency exam or for students who wish to sit for the AMP Managing Brokers Licensing State Exam, they should take the COMBO Course because the 30 HR PRINCIPLES portion can be taken by SELF STUDY or ONLINE, but, the 15 HR.
