Salesperson to Broker Combo Transition Course -30 Hrs
Course Description:
Salespersons may transition 1. By taking a Proficiency Examination or by 2. Taking the 30 hour Salesperson to Broker Combo Transition course. Those that transition by proficiency examination must still complete 18 hour of CE by April 30 2012. Those that complete their transition by this 30 hour course will not have to take continuing education.
The 30 Broker Pre License Program by Combination (Classroom and Independent Self Study). Receive the textbooks and other learning aids for the 15 Hr Principles Course and attend the 15 Hr Applied Practce course on the scheduled days. You will test for both at the end of the Interactive class day or by appointment if needed.
