COURSE DESCRIPTION

These are the courses those desirous of obtaining an Illinois real estate brokers license must take and pass prior to sitting for the state AMP Brokers Licensing exam. Brokers are independent sales workers who provide their services to a licensed real estate managing broker on a contract basis. In return, the managing broker typically pays the agent a portion of the commission earned from the sale or leasing of the property.

Candidates for the Brokers licence examination are required to take 90 hour of course work which includes 75 hrs of Broker Principles which may be taken by classroom,self study or online and 15 hrs of Applied Real Estate Brokerage -Interactive which can only be taken by classroom
