Effective January 1, 2020, the Illinois license law now requires that brokers licensed after that date, in order to “represent a managing broker without supervision,” must complete the 45-hour Post license course requirement.
You may fulfill this with our new 45 hrs. Post License LIVE Webinar Course program by taking all three required courses.

The three courses are:
•    Applied brokerage principles
•    Risk management and discipline
•    Transactional issues

Broker Post License Applied Broker Principles   15 hrs.           
Covers changes to the Illinois License Act as it related to Agency Law, the continuing and new obligations imposed upon real estate licensees and escrow account maintenance under the revised Illinois License Act. 
Broker Post License Risk Management and Discipline- 15 hrs.
Covers what to know and what type of relationship consumers have with their sales agent regarding the disclosure of confidential information regarding a real estate transaction. The Ethics Course may be approved for REALTORS® who wish to fulfill the quadrennial Code of Ethics requirement from the National Association of REALTORS. Check with your local REALTORS® association. 
Broker Post License Transactional Issues- 15 hrs.
Discusses financing, security instruments, and legal clauses commonly included in these instruments, including government-backed mortgage programs. Covers mortgage fraud and predatory lending and examines the loan process, qualifying standards for borrowers, and mortgage laws.
