Our 75 Hr. Broker pre-licensing course is designed to fulfill the necessary course requirements and prepare you for the Illinois broker licensing exam.

45 Hr. Live Webinar Course Package Discount Includes the following classes:   

 

Broker Post License Applied Broker Principles   15 hrs.   

Covers changes to the Illinois License Act related to Agency Law, the continuing and new obligations imposed upon real estate licensees, and escrow account maintenance under the revised Illinois License Act.

Broker Post License Risk Management and Discipline- 15 hrs.

Covers what to know and what type of relationship consumers have with their sales agent regarding the disclosure of confidential information regarding a real estate transaction.

​

Broker Post License Transactional Issues- 15 hrs.

Discusses financing, security instruments, and legal clauses commonly included in these instruments, including government-backed mortgage programs. Covers mortgage fraud and predatory lending and examines the loan process, qualifying standards for borrowers, and mortgage laws.
