All Illinois licensed Real Estate Brokers ( those licensed as a salesperson or broker prior to February 1, 2018) must take 12 hrs of continuing education to renew their Brokers license prior to the April 30,2020 deadline. REEC has teamed up with Hondros Learning to offer this unique 12 Hr. CE Online Program complete with online e-tools to make the class enjoyable and interactive. When you have completed the course work you can renew your license. No final exam is required! When you renew your Broker license online all you have to do is check the box "YES I have Completed My 12hr. CE Requirement." and you're all done. Contact us with any questions.
IMPORTANT: Beginning July 1, 2019, Illinois Real Estate Brokers and Managing Brokers have new core and elective CE requirements.

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) has launched a new electronic license renewal notification process. Instead of being notified by postcard of your upcoming deadline, licensees receive email notifications only. To ensure the email notifications get to you:
