12 Hr. Online CE Course Package Content

ILLINOIS CORE 4 hrs Mandatory
Covers changes to the Illinois License Act as it related to Agency Law, the continuing and new obligations imposed
upon real estate licensees and escrow account maintenance under the revised Illinois License Act.
NAR: MAY THE CODE BE WITH YOU) - 4hrs Elective
Covers want to know and what type of relationship consumers have with their sales agent regarding he disclosure of confidential information regarding a real estate transaction. The Ethics Course may be approved for REALTORS® who wish to fulfill quadrennial Code of Ethics requirement from the National Association of REALTORS. Check with your local REALTORS® association.

WHAT EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THEIR CREDIT HISTORY - 4hrs Elective
Discusses financing, security instruments, and legal clauses commonly included in these instruments, including government-backed mortgage programs. Covers mortgage fraud and predatory lending and examines the loan process, qualifying standards for borrowers, and mortgage laws.
SEXUAL HARRASMENT PREVENTION TRAINING - 1 hr. Mandatory- Included in the 12 hr. CE Programs
In addition to the 12 hr CE requirement, one-hour Sexual Harassment Prevention training is required of all persons who hold a real estate brokers license when they renew their license. This course is included in the 12 hr. Online CE Package.
